Is Treatment Covered By Insurance?

At Revitalist, we believe that these vital new treatment options should be easily accessible to all those suffering. In order to pursue this vision, our clinic works with a number of insurance providers and financial resources.

Revitalist works with quite a few insurance providers:

  • Medicare
  • BlueCross Blue Shield
  • Optum
  • UnitedHealthcare
  • VA (Active Duty / Veterans 2+ Yrs Service w/Conditions)

Insurance

Our team is also in talks to finalize working with other providers such as Cigna, Aetna, and Humana in the future for the benefit of our patients.

Some treatments are not covered by insurance providers, such as ketamine infusions – although services like IV insertion or the office visit included in your visit may be covered.

Revitalist is also able to file with most other plans we are not in-network with; however, you should contact your insurance provider to find your out-of-network coverage. Out-of-network coverage typically pays less toward your treatment plan.

VA Benefits

If you are active duty or a veteran with 2+ years of service suffering from one or more of the conditions below, then you may be eligible for full coverage: Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Pain, PSTD, OCD, Migraine, or Suicide Ideations.

Financial Assistance

There are a number of resources Revitalist recommends to patients who need financial assistance when paying for their treatments.

Government Resources

A Health Savings Account lets you set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified medical expenses. By using untaxed dollars in a Health Savings Account to pay for deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and some other expenses, you may be able to lower your overall healthcare costs.

A Flexible Spending Account is an arrangement through your employer that lets you pay for many out-of-pocket medical expenses with tax-free dollars. Allowed expenses include insurance copayments and deductibles, qualified prescription drugs, insulin, and medical devices.

Private Insurance Providers

Community Change is a nonprofit mental health organization partnered with Revitalist to help provide financial assistance to people suffering from treatment-resistant conditions. Though anyone can fill out an application for payment assistance, Community Change gives special consideration to veterans, first responders, those from underserved communities, and those who lack financial funding. Typically, patients will receive approvals or denials of their application within 30 days.

Walnut is another medical financing option available to our patients. If approved, patients can break their bills into smaller, monthly installments with no up-front costs or added fees. Payment plans are individualized to fit the particular patient’s financial needs.

Revitalist also partners with Advanced Care. The Advanced Care Card is the quickest and easiest way to pay for procedures and treatments not covered by your insurance.

Why choose Advance Care?
  • Process is simple and offers quick decisions.
  • Co-signers may be used to increase chances of approval.
  • Schedule your medical procedure as soon as you are approved
  • 6 or 14 months interest-free financing and competitive interest rates.
Another option is M-Lend Financial. Don’t needlessly delay your services or dip into important savings. M-Lend Financial offers:
  • 0% APR for at 12 Months for Qualified Applicants
  • No Cost to Apply
  • Financing Up to $100,00
  • No Prepayment Penalties
  • Keep Other Credit Lines Available
